At VentureCross our passion is discovering and helping build great companies. We seek to invest in both traditional and emerging industry opportunities, but much of our focus is on Alternative Energy, Security, IT (Information Technology), and technology enhanced business services. When evaluating opportunities we place an extremely heavy emphasis on the entrepreneurs and managers of the business.

Our belief is that venture investing should be a collaborative process, where we partner with management and co-investors. In our view, a successful investment isn't measured in strictly financial terms, but also in the relationships and partnerships that are forged over time.

VentureCross was founded in late 2002. We currently have several funds consisting of eleven portfolio companies in a variety of industries with a common denominator of excellent management teams, referenceable customers, and a consistent record of growth. Our investments take various forms from convertible debt to straight equity.

We continue to seek new investment opportunities for well managed businesses seeking expansion capital, and encourage visitors to contact us.
